Ok, let me just say I wish my pantry looked like the picture. Mine doesn't and chances are your's doesn't either. But, if you have been recently diagnosed gluten free, it is time to raid your pantry and find out about the gluten containing ingredients you have in stock and replace them. A well-stocked pantry is a cook's essential. It makes putting meals together at the last minute efficient as well as enjoyable. Since there are so many items that make up a great pantry, our Gluten Free Pantry Primer will be an ongoing series that discusses:
1. Vinegar
2. Flours
3. Cereals
4. Condiments
5. Chips/Snacks
6. Oils
7. Pasta
8. Spices
