Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Combine the oats, flour, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder and stir until well mixed.
Add to the creamed mixture and mix until combined.
Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread the jam over the crust.
Crumble the remaining crust mixture over the raspberry layer and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
